Hi, I'm Ashley!

I'm a mom to one human child and three cats, a home exchange advocate, a lover of yoga and Broadway musicals, and a longterm resident of Music City. I also suffer from anxiety, which often negatively impacts my ability to do the things I love.

The thing I love to do most in this world? Travel.

Through this blog, I write about my family's adventures while working remotely, parenting a small child, and traveling with anxiety. I focus on affordable travel, work-life balance and mental wellness, and bringing the world to you when you're not able to go anywhere. I also write a lot about Nashville and how to be a tourist in your own town.

My hope is to share what we've learned to empower you to travel cheaper, travel more, and travel better. After all, travel is stressful so let me help you feel at home, no matter where you go.
